This year Rinnai are promoting the fact that they have the lowest emission producing portable convector heaters on the aussie market and to create awareness of the Energysaver® range of heaters. The Energysaver heaters are a very efficient flued heater. They are what we call 'room sealed' as they draw the combustion air from outside as well as delivering the emissions produced back outside. Starts 1st of February 2008 and finishes 30th June 2008.
First 6 Star Rated Hot Water Unit - Rinnai Envirosmart 09/07/2007
Rinnai has just released the most efficient continuous flow hot water system to date. It is called the "Envirosmart". The Envirosmart is so efficient it has been given a 6 Star energy rating and has just been released into the market this week. We are yet to receive specifications on this unit but it is about a 26L per/min unit and will retail for around $1900. With this kind of efficiency we hope to see units like this supported by a rebate of some sort to promote cleaner and more efficient products.

Rinnai 's New Heater Range for 200713/03/2007
This year Rinnai have released two new convector models the Enduro 13 and the Dynamo 15 as well as some subtle changes to the existing range. The Enduro 13 will replace the Rinnai 329 model as the new 13mj option and the Dynamo 15 will a 15Mj option in the convector range from Rinnai. The Enduro 13 is 13Mj convector style heater with an electronic thermostat, timer, Lo-NOx burner and comes in a small more modern looking case. The Dynamo 15 is 15Mj convector style heater with an electronic thermostat, timer, Lo-NOx burner, remote control and comes in a small modern looking case.
So what is Lo-NOx ?
A Low NOx burner is a type of gas burner, invented by John Joyce, that
significantly reduces the formation of
oxides of nitrogen. By definition unflued low NOx gas
heaters are 100% efficient as all heat energy released from the flame is
converted to useful heat thus reducing emissions produced.
